Five years of construction and a beautiful architectural design by Karengaye Johnson, has guaranteed that no detail has been overlooked. Within the 42,000 square foot house, there are a total of seventeen bathrooms (Five 1/2 baths and twelve full baths), a master wing, four bedrooms, two seperate suites, staff house, two laundry rooms, spa area, library, two offices, wine cellar, two living rooms, formal dining room, family dining room, kitchen, two butlers pantries, 11 fireplaces, a catering service area, a two floor den (super room), two heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), two jetted hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), exercise room, two bars, an elevator that accesses all three floors, a six-car garage, a seperate one-car garage, and additional bonus rooms. In addition, there are three fishponds, 6 fountains, and a three-pole flag court. Villa Collina was built with the utmost luxuries and comfort for today's distinguishing owner. Turkish Afyon sugar marble is found throughout the house, not only on the exterior, but also within the interior for columns and flooring. In fact, a whole mine was depleted during the construction! All the marble columns seen throughout the house are solid marble. The entire roof is made from terra cotta tiles imported from northern Italy. Throughout the house, all showerheads are Grohe showerheads, all faucets and interior door knobs are by Sherle Wagner, and appliances are Miele appliances. The carpeting, drapes, and the blinds in the house have been custom designed and made, and the interior walls of the house have custom fabric upholstery, not wallpaper covering them.

Tray, vaulted, and coffered ceilings are found throughout the home. All ceilings have had special attention paid to them. The coffered ceiling in the entry was hand painted by an artist from Italy and the coffered ceiling in the master office is made from Hondurus mahogany. The mosaics all through the house are from Rivena, Italy and the stain glass designs are from Turkey. The chandeliers in the entry way and formal dining room are made with Swarovski crystal. The chandelier in the family dining room is Venetian and the rest of the chandeliers in the house are antiques.
